Prominent figures in international restauranteering, including Norbert Niederkofler, Claudio Sadler, Filippo La Mantia and Giancarlo Morelli, to mention just a few, with highly qualified wine makers and experts from the food industry will gather to discuss and share a common ethical and responsible approach to the food and wine culture.
Dada’s Banco kitchen, along with Gio Ponti re-makes such as the D.270.2 armchairs, the D.270.1 chairs and the small D.552.2 tables, as well as the LessLess tables designed by Jean Nouvel and Hannes Wettstein’s Alfa chairs, will alternate in the setting of the event.
